Delivery policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free on every order. International delivery is not available.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 days. Delivery is estimated to take a further 3–5 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Check that your delivery address is complete before paying. If you notice a mistake, email support@nebuula.co.uk as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once an order has dispatched.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@nebuula.co.uk with your order reference. For damage, include photographs if available. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you, or someone you nominate, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. Your consumer rights are not affected by carrier delays.

If delivery is not made by an agreed deadline, your legal rights may include setting a further reasonable deadline or cancelling in the circumstances provided by law. Where no delivery period is agreed, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
