Review the product description, selected options, quantity and total before paying. Product images may vary slightly from the appearance of the physical item. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Keep your payment confirmation and order reference. If an item cannot be supplied or an order contains an error, we will contact you to resolve it and refund any payment for goods that will not be supplied. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
All prices and charges are in British pounds (GBP). The final total and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Standard UK delivery is free.
Payment is made on this website at checkout using the embedded payment form. Shopify is used for the product catalogue, not to take payment for your order on this site. Available payment methods are shown in the payment form.
Delivery and returns
Free UK delivery. Dispatch in 1–2 days; estimated delivery 3–5 days after dispatch. See the delivery policy for full details.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Nebuula pays return postage. See the returns and refunds policy for the return process and legal cancellation rights.
